LANSING, Mich. — Governor Rick Snyder (seated) on Wednesday signed Senate Bill 427, now Public Act 209 of 2015, sponsored by Sen. Goeff Hansen, R-Hart, (second from right). PA 209 adds licensed Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers to the existing list of health professionals granted immunity when off duty and providing care to an individual.
